Innsbrook Toastmasters is a non-profit organization that specializes in improving the communication and leadership skills of its members. We are the only morning Toastmasters club in Richmond and meet every Tuesday from 7:45 to 8:45am, at the Markel Essex Building in the Innsbrook Office Park. We are a public club, and membership is not restricted to those who live and work in the Innsbrook area.

What Is Toastmasters?

How does it work?

Don’t worry! Everyone in a Toastmasters club was once at the level you are now. Constructive evaluation is the heart of the Toastmasters program. Each time you give a prepared speech, an evaluator will point out strengths and suggest improvements. At first you’ll be applauded for your effort; later you’ll be applauded for your skill.
